Double-Ended Coil Reels, we also call dual decoiler machine, Twin Decoiler machine is working with Roll forming machine for a quick coil change stamping application.

The double head hydraulic decoiler is an option that customers can choose to replace the standard Single head decoiler. This enables customers to always have a spare steel coil loaded on the decoiler which drastically reduces the change over time of coils. This means a big reduction in down time between coil changes for increased production output.

The coil car will load the coil and transport it to the expansion and contraction part of one of the  decoiler shaft , and the supporting platform supports the inner diameter of the coil.  When is in the automatic operation, the main shaft rotates intermittently through the control instructions of pressing the button, double-head decoiler is used to carry two sets of decoiler expansion mechanism on the same decoiler frame, which can be rotated together and switched over. In production, two sets of coil expansion mechanism are respectively used for automatic uncoiling and uncoiling preparation.  When one head of coil is used up, the other stand by decoiler head will be ready for uncoiling with a new coil, the system can realize the function of fast changing.

This machine can uncoil the thickness from 0.3mm to 3.2mm, width up to 500mm and loading weight up to 6000kg per side, the uncoiling speed is up to 60m/min.
